Do you believe to have waterproof clothes for everyday wear?

Hi! I am wondering if there is such a thing of having a waterproof clothes for everyday wear for easy cleaning and avoid soak wet. I know there is a waterproof shoes. but how bout waterproof clothes? If there are none, then do you think it is possible to have one? If so, what kind of material do you think? I am thinking this for a long time...

if there is water proof clothes , i don't think i will buy one , it should be very hot and all the sweat will stay inside your body and i will feel umcortable.
