Does anyone work for Google that can tell me about it?

I have heard a lot of people talking about Google and Google Adesense and although I have searched Mylot to see if anyone hear seems to be a member I haven't found anything really on it here. So I was wondering if anyone here works for Google and what there opinions of it is. Is a scam or legit and do you know a link to it because I have so many different ones. Thanks :)
