If I can guide them, I will teach them myself. Otherwise, the only way out is to get a tuition teacher for them. Whether their results will improve, I think it all depends, on the children and the tuition teacher. Firstly, whether the tuition teacher has a good skill of teaching. Secondly, whether the children is willing to learn from the tuition teacher. Will have to try it out for an answer.

For me if I can teach them then I will teach them myself. If not I will get them a tuition teacher to guide them if they really have very bad result like failed their examination. I think for study it really depend on the children themselves.
