While I was leaving a pizza place I saw two young girls (around 6 or 7) sitting next to each other, who were obviously friends and one girl had her arms around the other, while singing the line "I kissed a girl and I liked it" and they were both giggling.............. how do you feel about that?

I feel nothing. It's just a song and people don't even know about it. I never heard it myself and it will just fade from memory. We can mess our minds quite easily if we desire to and accept things which should never become part of our lives in the first place. Cheers!!

I have a 7 year old that likes that song, but to be honest with you I don't think she understands it. I think the video for that song is terrible!, the words to that song I think is kind of stupid, but the beat of the music is good. So I think it is just a song my daughter can jump to.

It's kinda harsh but yes, I agree, it's just a song and people forgot about it already. About the two girls that you saw, maybe they really don't understand what the song really is and that they are just having fun singing Katy Perry's hit. Or so, I thought?
