Do you change your Interests primary picture?

If you add another interest in your list, there is a thumbnail or an icon right? Are you satisfied with whatever it is on or you upload your own or choose from the other lists? I thought then that some of the icons of some of my interests are not that good and not that expressive, but I never changed the most of it, except the interests, had my heart broken and friends. I kinda used my own chosen picture there. But apart from what I've mentioned, I got used to whatever icon is in there and never changed it. I just thought that it wouldn't be it if I don't see the same picture I got used to. How about you?
