Let me share you this recipe i always cook since my children are small;this is only my invented recipe and this is good for vegetarian or non-vegetarian people.I remember everytime i cook this and somebody tastes it, they love to do this too, this very simple recipe everybody can do. "bean curd(tokwa or tofu) and eggplant adobo"ingredients:2 pieces of medium size eggplant 2 pieces of bean curd(square size)already fried whole 4 tablespoons of soy sauce(it can be less or more) 3 tablespoons of lemon juice(it can be less or more) 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic 2 tablespoons of chopped onion 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1 piece of bell pepper medium size(cut into slices) 1 tablespoon oil 6 tablespoons water procedure:cut the fried bean curd into medium size cubes, cut the eggplant into halves and cut about two inches size long. saute' the garlic, onion and put the eggplant, beancurd,and all the ingredients except lemon and sugar.cover the pan and let it boil,let the water boil and wait until it become dry, when the water is dried add the lemon and sugar,let it boil again for 3 minutes. you can serve for 3 persons.
