It is believed by those in the industry that they will see a substantial growth as the economy comes out of the recession. Many software companies are not laying people off, several are even doing hiring as an anticipation in the increased sales and revenues as we come out of the recession. There is also believe that Obama's recovery plan will result in state and federal governments increase in their spending on software programs in the upcoming months and years.
