If you hate your job, then by all means, quit. But if you think you can handle it a little while longer, don't. It's hard to look for jobs nowadays. Your best bet would be to look for a job while you're still working, if this is something you can manage.

Well, I'm not really one who would be interested in the corporate world. I want a career where everything is always changing. I don't want desk jobs and office work. I want field work. I want to be a doctor so I guess that's fine. :)

Hello there! Well, it all depends on you as an employee; are still happy with your work or not--this should answer the question. But with regards to continue working in a call center, I guess if it pays well that your sleepless nights/graveyard shifts are well-compensated, then I think you shouldn't give this one up.

I used to work for call centers for a few years before, I became sick of the graveyard shift work so I decided to stopped working in that kind of field two years ago. Quitting your job is not the solution to your problem, other Filipinos can't get a job while you have a job. Stick to your job instead. If you find your job boring, you can go out with your work colleagues during day-offs to have fun and unwind. All work and no play can make you dull.

I guess what you have to determine is this job your source of active income and can you pay your bills without a job or a less paying job. It all depends on your mindset I guess, of what is your purpose of working in a call center, is it because of the career, the money or it depends. In anything you are doing, maybe you should know what it lead to eventually in the future, or is it the way your goal should be.
