How do you follow up on all your PTCs?

I joined at least 4 different PTC sites and i find it hard to keep check of my earnings and clicks remaind., Now, reading on these forums i understand there are some people who are members of even MORE PTC sites so i was wondering, how do you keep track of all your earnings and clicks?
