From the site Cetpaidfasttoday news: Uses from China,Korea,Vietnam,Taiwan will need to upgrade before cashing out due to extremely high volume of cheating from these countries. Any users from these countries trying to cashout if they are not upgraded will result in their request canceled.

I did not do nothing,and I have not logged in this site.Many sites have been deleted the users from China,and my account was suspended for many.That's unfair,but can do nothing.
