I love green tea I could drink it all day long and never seem to get enough of it. I have to drink the diet ones and I probably drink enough to float a boat but it is good and the best part that it is good for us. From all that I have tried Lipton seems the best.

Although I prefer to drinking black tea more, but I still put some detail about green tea from magazine here as a reference for everyone who enjoys drinking green tea or get interest in it. Green tea often called oolong tea for us. For the most complex and time-consuming process in all the tea it needed 6 steps to produce! Nice discussion..Green tea is good for health. I take it once a day.It keeps away sleep,so I often prefer taking it while I am on work.It has many medicinal values..Yesterday I read something about it in a medical journal.I would like to share it with you....The synopsis of the article goes like this: Green tea has been used as a medicine in China for at least 4,000 years. Today, scientific research in both Asia and the west is providing hard evidence for the health benefits long associated with drinking green tea. It reduced the risk of esophageal cancer in men and women by nearly sixty percent. University of Purdue researchers recently concluded that a compound in green tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad (LDL) cholesterol. Apart from it, Green tea can even help prevent tooth decay..... But the only harmful effect of Green tea is it can cause Insomnia,as it contains caffeine.. So it should be taken in small quantity regularly.

Green tea is one of my favorite drink. I can drink it without added any sweetener to it. I prefer to taste the natural taste of tea, that's bitter but aroma taste. Yes, i ever heard that green tea contains anti-oxidant which is good for our health. I just heard from my aunt that she was able to lose a few inches of fat, after drinking green tea for a few months.. So, it does really helps those who want to slim down. I am also drinking green tea more often and hope it will helps me as well to slim down a bit..

I drink green tea almost every day after breakfast. I love Green Tea because is it is very healthy and once you get used to it, it tastes very good. I do not put any sugar or cream in my green tea as that is the only to drink it to get the benefits!
