In this recession period, many of us might be depressed by stricken financial problems. Some might not have enough money to the meet the month's end. Some people was in trouble to keep track their mortgage payment or credit card debt. Those problems costs depression, and insomnia somehow. Hopefully, they can consult some consulting agency with free of charge to help them, or they can ask some good advise from a friend or two. It might give you some guidance on solving the case.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

Yes it is hard! We are just making our needs and getting the bills paid. I guess I should be thankful for that. But I miss all the extra's and hate stretching everything. I have been trying to resolve the problem on my own though its hard to decide what goes and what stays. But now is the time to hagle with the morgage companies not to mention if you had the money buy investments. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer .I guess I should be thankful we are somewhere in between.
