What are the greatest books to read before you die and how do you obtain them???

I've always loved to read, however I want to be able to say I've read the greatest books in history. What are some of the greatest books to read before you die and how do you obtain them? For example, Don Quixote or The Princess of Cleves?

Hit the yard sales in your area. Also estate sales are great for books that people consider great but never really read. I never pay full price for books that I read for pleasure I always get them from friends or at sales. I suggest the same because books can get very expensive real quick.

Those are great ways to buy books. Thank you. Also you can not find a great book by going to the library in your town and get a library card.
