Is full time employment by both parents undermine child's growth and sentimental attachements...do u agree??

i think that one parent has to be home, whether they work different shifts or whatever, i do believe that statement... i think that children need the love and care of a parent, being at a daycare the children don't get the attention necessary for growth!!
