How do I manage my surbordiate?

In company ,I am in charge of a project. I have two surbordiate .Their responsibilities are to help me to complete the task of the company.But in fact, they don't care the task,and don't corperate with me.I can't tell the fact to my leader.He will contend me as a person who is imcompent.
