Eat well, sleep well and enjoy life

Every body has worries in life but it is very easy to advice not to worry. But we can srive very hard to keep our worries at bay and eat well, sleep well and enjoy our life. What is your say?

If someone is worried about something it might make he or she stop eating and that wouldn't be good for his or her health. With a horrible day planned the next day it would be challenging for a person to sleep all that soundly. To enjoy life I think people need good health and good luck. A man might worry that his house no longer be his because he has lost his job and is able to pay his mortgage. That would be a serious worry and the man wouldn't be enjoying life very much. A lady that is married to a violent man would worry about staying safe. She might not do much eating or sleeping. With less serious problems it is helpful but to worry and to just enjoy life.
