Rented referrals in neobux, maybe you can help me?

I transfer money from my earnings to rented referrals, its $1. Since the amount of the 3 rented referrals are $.75. Then i make recycle of one rented referrals for $.10. So money left from renting referrals should be $.15. But everyday i notice my renting balance are depreciating and now i only have $.026. Anybody here can explain to me why? All those neobux member here, maybe you can make me understand how does it work?
