is my life less worthy?

i just want to ask a simple question to all of you? when 9/11 incident occured in usa, everything changed there, when london blasts occured eveything was changed there too - means in form of security, war against iraq etc. and etc. But daily so many peaople die in india out of terrorism and our government is watching all this deafly and dumbly.why so? now, we have got the habit that whenever some new terrrorism news comes that is easily forgotten within 5 or 6 days? Is my life, being an INDIAN less worthy than the life of an american or englishman?
