what is traffic exchange and how does it work, as you can tell i'm new to all of this, i'm still a tadpole with all of this. i've created to blogs i hope they look good to everyone. i still have to go and figure things out.
i've read alot of topics here and i am curious about traffic exchange. is it just for ptc sites and such or can it be used for other things as well.

Traffic exchanges are largely useless. The problem is that everyone wants the traffic to THEIR site, they are not really interested in yours. SOMETIMES you can catch a person's eye with your offering, but not that often. You would be better off writing articles and publishing them on sites like Hubpages, that way you will get targeted traffic to your site, which is really what you want.

traffic exchanges provide traffic to your sites , and you have to surf some of the sites and they will surf some sites and they will be bringing in traffic from different locations all over the world ,
i will ask you to go for easyhits4u and it is the one of the oldest and good traffic exchange and brought a lot of traffic to my blog , so create a account there and then surf

Yup it will help in bringing traffic in your site or blog.
I just use TE in my blog to bring traffic and to earn also cash.
You can earn money also in some Traffic Exchange sites through referrals.
I have a join a Traffic Exchange team were we will find a sites that pays.
When are team leader reach the pay out we will divide it among our team.
