Calories in a Pecan Twist

I have just tried one of Marks and Spencer's gorgeous pecan twist's and am just wondering if anyone out there knows how many calories they contain?

i have never tryed these as i am not a big fan of nuts but i would guess they would be quite high as they have a lot of sugary and fatty ingredients
