Are you bowels working efficiently???

Hello Mylotters,Just want to know if your bowels are all moving smoothly and working efficiently. The reason why I ask is because our bowels are supposed to move every day, it should be of a hard consistency. But it seems like here lately mine haven't been moving every day. I think it has a lot to do with my diet because I haven't been eating as much as I usually do. So have you paid much attention to your bowels lately? Good BM is a sign of good health. Do you have a good one or not?
