yes, i smoke and i smoke for more than ten years and i'm cutting down and try to smoke less , i only smoke after my every meals , and go toilet for big business .

i ever try to quite but no determination , i put on weight but fall sick after i quite smoking for a few days

I don't smoke but I tried. For me, I don't get anything good from it, instead it gives me a bad breath.
