problem regarding paypal....please come up with solutions...

I am having visa card of HDFC. I am trying to add my card with paypal account.But they are saying that access is denied .I don't know how to solve this problem. Do you know any other way apart from linking a card to the paypal account? How to link my bank account with pay pal? Please write in details your experience. I think I am in deep trouble. Waiting for your help friend. have a nice day.

i think it is better if you contact paypal support, they are very quick at replying to support ticket. i had no problem adding my cc and ba there... i just followed the instructions and it went through...
