How much will it rain this Monsoon Season?

Here in the Philippines, we are currently experiencing a very cool days. It was started even on last March - summer. We are being disturbed now with heavy rainfalls. And oh some places are on floods. There are houses being damaged and families suffered. But this really happening here whenever there's a heavy rain. Too pity for those who live in the streets those that don't have their houses. They live miserably, too sad. Several scenarios you could see every rainy days here in Philippines.

Eventhough kerala had some passing showers.We cannot term it as start of monsoon as it is still hot here.Now it is june first when i am looking outside i see hot sun shining brightly.Usually there will be heavy rain at this time.So i hope rain will come as soon as possible other wise all the agriculture and hydro electric projects will get a set back.
