Have you ever gotten with someone who had problems?

Wondering if you have ever dealt with people who had bad relationships prior? Or maybe they got cut-up by someone when they where drunk. Possibly the forceful R**e word in the bedroom by a stranger. Or worse by someone you know!Possibly someone touch you in a way you didn't like. The point is how you dealt with getting past that issue with someone. Plus, how they came out feeling from the results of what you did? My husband had to deal with that from me and I just asked him. How did you know what to do? He just said I didn't, I just tried different things.

I am sorry for those who have had difficult experiences in life. I myself have witnessed some pretty bad relationships but never rape or anything invasive of that sort.

I have. At first, I wasn't aware that they went through such a horrible thing before. It took them a long time to tell me about the incident as they obviously had trust issues which was probably an effect of the incident. I just assured them that the way I see them hasn't changed and that they're still every bit of a person to me. I took things slow and made sure that everything was happening in a pace they were comfortable with.
