Derek Hough - Out from a movie?

I've not heard or seen anything about Lacey being ousted from Dancing With The Stars. The only one I know of who is out is Julianne or so she says. She said that before the last season and she was back. With the addition of the new pro, I'm betting she is defintiely gone this time. I did read that Derek has said he and Mark might not be on next season so they can also concentrate on their music. I'm sure their contracts say what they can or can't do. If they were going after the dancers for being in movies, making DVD's, etc. then they would have to punish everybody. Many of them have been in commercials, made their own DVD, put out albums that have nothing to do with DWTS.
