Normal, healthy individuals may plan their own exercise programs. The general rule is to exercise only until discomfort is experienced - that is, until breathing becomes labored, circulation seems inadequate, or fatigue influences performances. People with health problems caused by heart attacks, strokes, and illness should see a physician before devising an exercise program

Hello friend, I only do yoga especially the breathing exercise and brisk walking which is good for my health.I had never been to any doctor for advice on physical exercises nor I had been to gym since I do only simple exercise to keep my body fit.But I believe, people who used gym or who have some breathing problems or heart problem should strictly consult doctors before starting any form of exercise.Have lovely weekend!
