Do you think works can be done by thoughts alone?

I read somewhere, that now a new technology is introduced wherein all works that required remotes etc earlier would now be accomplished by just a thought of mind, Just imagine if that can be possible, no need to go to put on the machine or even touch a remote control to turn on an appliance, every little thing could be done right there at the imagination of a thought! Is it so?

I think that's possible in the near future but not for very complicated tasks yet. You can have some wires attached to your brain and any pulses from your brain is transmitted to some remote controls which will activate a series of actions. That's what I have thought of it to work.

I think it will come true very soon. It is well known that in our brain, there are electronic signals going through the nerves for every thoughts, feelings, sensations, etc. We also know that when there is electromagnetic waves are generated when electric current flows. So, it is likely that our brain is generating all sorts of electromagnetic waves while we are thinking to want something done. The remaining question is how to harvest those signals and transform into something that the computer can distinguish and then understand. I think that is just around the corner.
