Are you out of school and of age and still living with your parents?

One should not be shcoked or suprised, most children when they grow up as adults live with the parents in the parental house and some people live even after marriage. This is because they do not want to leave the parents alone all by themselves. Parents also would like to see the grand children and they do not like to go to home for aged. This home for aged is a new concept (though it is in existence in West for more than 70 years or so). Secondly in society, particularly the nearest and dearest to the family make a plea that children should look after the parents. Parents also contribute in the household as well as outside home work. Family bondage is very good between the parents and children. In fact I used to with my mother till I got married and since there was not much space in the house, we made separate house. Indian family system, I consider is the best and we have terrific emotional attachement with parents, brothers and sisters.

I'm 35 and I live in my own apartment. I moved out when I got married at age 18. I moved back in with my parents when my marriage went bad at age 26. Moved back out after 3 months and got my own place. Have been on my own ever since.
