To earn in mylot you have to participate in discussions and be sure all your reply will be up to 3-4 lines long of course you should not reply just for the sake of replying to a discussion but will really participate in that discussion.

join discussions and post meaningful posts. Don't post just for the sake of posting. Do tasks. Tasks are quite hard to get because they're not always available so you have to check frequently and if there are tasks available, and you know you'll be able to finish them, then accept as many tasks as you can.
