what 's the average hours on your sleep

every night i sleep at 1am..and get up at 7 am..my average sleep hours is 6.and wht's the average hours you sleep guys..

Typical just like you and everyone else -6 to 8 hours. If less, I get bad eye bags and if more, I get obvious worse eye bags. I've had those before and definitely didn't like them. So it's a must for me to get the correct enough hours of sleeping as mentioned. JUST to avoid having bad eye bags. LOL. Happy mylotting nicholaYa! :)

Thank for your respond ..LOL .yes. i got a bad eye bags many times..and its confused me..so in the weekend..i will sleep for more than 12hours .. yes..we need get a correct enough hours.but my habit. no more than 7 hours a day for sleep. my words..sleep is a murder of waste time.have fun ..and enjoy your sleep times..

I sleep heaps! Apparently if u have more than 7 hours sleep a night it is good for your metabolism and helps u lose weight! I sleep at least 8 a night

I typically try to sleep between 7 to 9 hours. This number of hours is the amount that I feel that I need to function properly. I think that even with 6 hours, I can still function fairly well, but anything less than 6 hours I can't really function well. It's something that I've come to realize about me and sleeping.

I probably average 2 - 4 hours a night but it is down to a back problem which makes getting to sleep and staying asleep and absolute nightmare. What surprises me is that I have been like this for a few years and I am still able to function on such little sleep. Maybe I am not at my optimum but I am not a walking zombie either.

It depends on what i do in the evenings but I normally get at least 7 hours sleep or more.

Thanks for your repond ..erm..in my opinion.. we need have a plane on our every day life.and yes. at night..i also have my plan on when i go to sleep..wht i do in the ninght..so yeah..normally i know i only got 6 hours..not depends on wht i do in the evenings.but i hope you can put more than one hours on your sleep.good for your metabolism

I typically get between 6 and 8 hours of sleep. It really all depends on the evening and how tired I'm feeling.

Thanks for you respond Jennlk..erm..i gues 8 hours is normal.and its the right hours for us sleep..but now i guess im young.and in my opinion sleep is the murder of save time..6 hours for me..and 2hours i can do many things.and yes.it damge my healthy..my tooth blood for a long time..but i dont want change it..im still 6 hours for sleep.sometimes its really depends on wht we feeling at night..but i hope you can sleep in 8 hours..good for your healthy
