Really earning extra money?

Are really earning extra money online? I think it is a difficult job for me. Hoping to earn joining PTC sites is rather absurd as i feel. But I dont know your position if you prove my views to be wrong. will you tell me the ways to be more satisfying as to earn online?

yea most of them are a waste of time. and that's the problem, the real want take too much time to generate cash. its kind of frustrating.
