What do you do when you don't know your mom anymore

So people my mom just came to visit me for gradutation and I was very surprised. I don't know my mom ANYMORE!!! When I grew up my mom was a totally different person. She was well spoken, calm, she took care of herself, etc. When I went to college 2 years ago she moved to Texas with her family. Now she's country, loud, doesn't do her makeup, nails, hair like she used to, and she get's mad at me when I tell her I don't like the way she's acting. She tells me not to try to change her but in reality she's the one who's changed. I don't know how to deal with it because I really loved the woman who raised me and she has vanished :( I'm having a really hard time getting used to it. Help me....
