My husband job

My husband has been working for this company for over 20 years. The last few years he got a boss that is the worst boss you could have. But, it has got worst in the last year or so. He hates going to work and has even talked about just quiting but he is one that will not quit his job. That tells me how terrible this job is. His boss is very verbal abusive to him. He says most people would not take what he does every day and would have already walked out and told his boss what he can do with the job.
What should he do about this job? Should be quit or what. He is 59 years old and only a few years away from retirement.

may be i am too young to give you a right suggestion,i have ever been a same situation as your hubby,i am so scared to go to work and i often cry for the abuse by the manager,i am required to quit by my hubby,so i think the joyment is more important than the money from this experience.

That is so true. But, when no money is coming in then it would be scarring to consider quiting your job.
