Studying is noy bad for your health-You can still get up and move around when you want-I mean, are you studying straight for twelve hours or longer?...All you gotta do is eat only when you're hungry and stop when you are full and take time out of your studying and computer work to move around, go for a run or something to get your heart rate up for at least twenty minutes. If you try to stick to studying too much without breaks less will go in your brain than if you gave it breaks. Also, did you know when you are moving and your heart is pumping more blood to your brain that you will retain more during that time because the brain is recieving more blood as well? You should read while walking a a treadmill or recite things while walking around the house or taking out your dog for some fresh air.

What you tell is bad for your health. But I´m sure there are ways to make it better. Couldn´t you download and print some of the study an d read it as a book? Why on´t you go to the library and study with paper books. Luck

It's not necessarily that studying itself is bad for you but the environment in which you study is not good for you - which is actually counter productive because I don't know how much you retain if you're stressed out and tired and have a headache. You need an ergonomic environment - maybe you should think of ways in which you can improve your studying environment. And take breaks - 5-10-15 minute breaks. Don't just sit there for a good 8 hours and study. Everyone needs a break! Good luck with your studies.
