Kamala Das a well known writer and a poetess died. How can I forget those beatiful poems; 'My mother at sixty six' and others which we used to read in our school time and very fondly recited them often. She was a very sensitive writer and a poetess par excellence who captured the subtle human relations in lyrical idioms!
