As to me, I always wanted to learn a few things but I could not learn them till date for different reasons. Swimming, skating to name a few. What I want to know is are there things that you wanted to learn and do you regret not learning them? Please share your experience.

I would liked to have learnt a musical instrument but for one my family wouldn't have been able to afford it so I never really asked plus i had so little confidence in myself and I know i don't have one musical bone in my body.

Really? I wanted to learn some keyboard instrument and I did learn how to play Yamaha Synthesizer. It gives me a lot of pleasure and a sense of fulfillment. Anyway, thanks for responding.

Well i tried learning to play guitar back in high school but i still couldn't get it. It looks pretty hard for me. lol! I had many attempts from friends who taught me but to no avail. Maybe i wasn't just determined enough. I would want to learn to play guitar and it's a shame on my part because i love metal music and i couldn't even play a single note. It would be great to be a band member.

I took violin and piano lessons through most of my childhood, and I'm really grateful for that. But I always wish that I had done something more physically active, like ballet or karate. Those things are hard to pick up once you reach adulthood.

I wanted to learn how to play handball. i did learn the theory of it all, and became a pretty good coach for the youngest girls, but I never became a good player myself.

I always wanted to learn on how to play violin or piano. For me, those who can play these two are awesome as they seem hard to learn. I also wanted to learn horse riding as it look fun. But all of this are expensive so I never ask my parents for the lessons. One more thing, I want to learn archery or shooting since I was young. It was expensive to take the courses. But now, I am already working and I find out it's only RM300 annually to join the shooting club and they will teach me how to do it, I'll join it. I don't know about archery but I'll take shooting first.

When I was a kid, I always wanted to learn to play piano. Some of my friends can play piano very well and that really amazed me. Too bad the piano course is expensive and my parents didn't have enough money to send me to music school back then. So I had to forget my dream and learned something else which is less expensive
