What is the symbol that looks like an I and an E?

Perhaps it could be the symbol for almost anything, from ancient writing, to mathematical symbols, to electrical, or even maybe nothing at all. You can check out some of these charts or perhaps do some online investigating, maybe it will help. Sorry I wasn't too helpful. I don't really see anything you're describing, although I see similar.
