David Carradine (72) was found dead in a Thai hotel during the filming of his latest movie. It seems that the actor committed suicide by hanging himself with a shower cord. Many people know David Carradine as the antagonist from Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill sage or as Caine in the 70s series Kung Fu. He was an amazing actor, a legend in Kung Fu and he will be dearly missed.

I will always remember him as the kungfu master in Kungfu: The Legend Continues. I remember watching every episode of it during I was a child because it is showed in my Local TV. Loved how he kicked *ss and the series opening was just so memorable to me, showing his Shaolin temple training. Having a career resurgence in Kill Bill, but I guess he never quite reached the peak of his career because he chose to act in indie flicks..I sort of not believing a kungfu spirit like him chose to kill himself. I think he was quite spiritual not to do that. But well, everyone has its own reason. RIP David Caraddine

I too wss saddened by this news. I thought he was an incredibly talented actor. I met his brother, once, Keith Carradine, many years ago. He was playing then, those many years ago at a small coffee house in Atlanta. I worked for a small paper then, so a friend and I went backstage to interview Keith Carradine and members of his band. A spokesman told me, before Keith came back, to be sure I didn't ask Keith anything about his famous brother, that he, Keith, wouldn't like that. However, during the interview Keith Carradine brought up his brother, David, himself, and seemed very proud of his brother's success. I think that whole family is and was (for the ones no longer with us) incredibly talented.

Hello lululastrange , I heard the news this morning while I was listening to the news. I first remember David Carradine from the television show Kung Fu and eventually the Kill Bill movies. It is sad news.

what a tragic loss. I loved him in Kill Bill. Very talented actor. It literally hurts me every time somebody take their own life. Its just not worth it and from such a talented and respected actor it is indeed shocking. I feel for the wife and kids. May they be comforted in this difficult time and may he rest in peace...
