Being a girl, I will be biased in saying girls are better. :)
But if you want an unbiased view, it really depends on the person. Gender is not the issue. It is who the person is that determines the answer to your question.

Girls or boys both are of the same boat no difference in their values but I will vote for girls as am also one of them as girls are more soft and caring nature.
