Getting Back My Videos

I resently deleted all my files on my ipode but when I tryed to get my purchased items back onto my ipode I only got 1 move back and not my videos or my songs. So now I need to know how can I get my purchased items back on onto my ipode. So my fellow mylotters can any out there tell me what I need to do too get my videos and songs back onto my itune so that I can put them back onto my ipod, I would surley apreciat the help.
