Have you experienced sleep walking or talking? Hey there, how about sleep singing, lols, that is what I found myself doing in my sleep not to long ago. I think it was about a week ago when I was laying down snoozing and I happened to wake up and I realized that I was singing and that I had been doing it in my sleep. I always knew that I talked in my sleep but sleep singing, well that's a new one on me! Thanks for posting. Happy mylot!

When I was a kid, I used to sleep walk. Nowadays, I talk in my sleep. So, I've experienced both sleep walking and sleep talking. It's not really embarrassing or anything, not really. I find it just funny, when people tell me about this.

My sister speaks while sleeping. She sometimes wakes up all of a sudden and start speaking with us. Sometimes we can understand what she is saying and sometimes we feel she's an alien or something, like we don't understand her and she can't reply properly as well to any questions we ask. If we went to an argument with her, then for sure she will wake up. Other than that she just goes back to sleep as if there nothing just happened. It used to be worse when she was younger and now she's a little bit better but if she goes to bed after a really bad tiring day we may expect something like this to happen again.

I have never had such an experience of sleepwalking, but I hear people say that sleepwalking is dangerous as it can bring harm to the sleepwalker. Because he does not know exactly what he is doing as he is still in his dreaming world. It is said that it is not safe to call him when he is sleepwalking...I hope that you were ok from those sleepwalking experience without ever getting hurt from it. Take care, fheroan.

Hello Fheroan,I never have this problem of sleep walking or talking but my younger brother has this habit since childhood. He would get up from his bed, walk around the room, speak with us and answer correctly if whenever we ask him some questions. This is sure funny but dangerous too.I still remember one incident which happened last year.We were going to our native by train. It was late at night. We all were sleeping then all of a sudden, he got up and started walking towards the door side, thanks God I saw him just before he moves another step.We have put him through counsellings, the doctors etc but he still sleep walks.

My parents say that I talk a lot when I am asleep and they even tell me what I keep on saying, my brother tease me by saying that I keep on being a chatter box all day so that is why I keep on talking even when I am asleep. I do no know at all what I talk about nor to I remember about it even after several days, I am sometimes afraid when I think that I might be talking about things which I should not be talking about and what if my parents hear that!
