hellow everyone, could you give you advice for the ptc website of NEO,i am a member of this site more than one month, only got 1.5 dollars,but now, somebody tell me that this site can be rent people, if you spenk 25 dollars that you will have one hundred people to help you to doing this work. and we got more than bit by myself.i'm not know this site clearly, could you give me advice, is it necessary to spend 25 dollars to rents one hundrend people? how do this site earning?

I am a member of neobux, but I never spend any single cent in renting or upgrading. In neobux, you'll earn more when you refer a lot of friends. But it takes time after you reach the payout, what best to their site they are paying instantly through paypal and you should be a verified paypal user. The minimum payout is 2,3 and 4 dollars, so the best thing to do..earn more before requesting for payment.
