Is nice to keep hands in pockets when you walk or just talk with somebody? What you will do with your hands when you don t keep in your pockets? My question is...do you really control your hands, or never think what you must do with your hands?Or just don t care?

THis one made me laugh, I think hands in pockets is much better than hands down trousers as some young men seem to do without any thought as to who is looking. I wouldn't find it impolite if someone were to walk with hands in pockets as you get some people who find much more disgusting things to do with their hands.

When i go for a walk i do tend to keep my hands in my pockets it is more like a habit now.My friend used to keep her hands in her pockets until she feel over and did not get the chance to save her fall as she could not get her hands out of her pockets to put her hands down, instead she cut her face up and dislocated her shoulder. She now keeps her hands out of her pockets, but i still keep mine in my pockets.

I walk with a support cane, so i can't really keep my hands in my pockets, if I'm using one hand to hold the cane. LOL I use my other hand to hold my purse, which is also hanging over my shoulder. I do this for a little added protection, so that as well as hanging from my body, I'm also holding onto my valuables.

It all depends on situation. My hands are always busy, so I can not keep them in my pocket. I can do it when I am cold and than it is OK... When I am thinking now....I am in my car or walking two dogs (two hands are busy)or I am on my bike... If you talk to someone it may be not polite to keep your hands in the packet...
