I am getting marry next year. And many of my friends and relative are so excited on my big day. We have this family friend who gave me a Thai Silk cloth. Just recently, we finally decided to have it at the beach. I know its really weird to have a heavy cloth for a gown. How will I utilize the cloth and still be appropriate for the beach theme? Really, I can't thank you enough for helping me out here... Happy MyLotting...

Congratulations... wow.. that's amazing. well, for a beach wedding, it will be amazing to have a flowing and light dress and with Grecian cut. that will make you like a beach goddess... what is your color scheme?

Thank! Here's the funny part, the original plan was garden theme with a deep red motif. So I already drawn my wedding gown plus the thai silk that was given to me, I also design our invitation and I'm almost done, ideal for the garden wedding... Well here in my country Philippines, it really matters of what our parents think about the wedding. My parents suggest to have it at the beach since my godmother owns the resort and is willing to use the place for reception and ceremony.. So now, I have to do it all over again, and I'm running out of ideas... I also love the Grecian cut, looks sophisticated and glamorous. Don't you think? Really, thanks for you comment.

Congratulations. My fiance and I also wanted to have a beach wedding so we collected lots of bridal magazines to look for different styles of wedding dresses, decorations, give aways and invitations. We also surfed the net and even went to diferent bridal fairs to widen our options. And we've noticed that most beach weddings are less formal than a church weddings, the wedding gowns of the brides usually are very light and flowing, the entourage are usually wear summer inspired dresses and goes with white flowers. But I have seen this one wedding help in El Nido, Palawan wherein the bride wore a strap less ball gown, her bridesmaids wore gowns in dark blue, dark green, purple and red. It looks good on the pictures especially the shot wherein the background is the sun setting.
