I don't have much of a relationship with my dad. So I would choose my mom. She is usually the one that I go to with my problems, after my hubby. She was the one who always handled things.

I'm much closer to my mother than my father, if that's what you mean.
With my mother, I'm around her much more often, which leads to us becoming closer. We do a lot of fun things together when I see her, and the fact that we're both females brings us a lot closer.
