Help me about Neobux PTC

i know most of us here are members of neobux because it's one of the most trusted PTC these days. But i am still confused about the term used when it comes to referral. What does recycle means ? i thought recycle means keeping them again for a few more days if you will select them but now om confused because i tried to select one of my rented referral who is a regular clicker but the options were as follows: 1. i want to recycle them 2. i want to pay to keep them for 30 more days ...and so on.. if i select ' recyle' what will happen and do i have to pay ? how much? im not a new member but im not also too old to fmailiarize their system. thanks.
