Stroke and Heart Attack Strikes without Warning

A healthy lifestyle can help you reduce your chances of becoming ill....but, have you thought for a moment what may happen if you got critically ill? If you're age 40 to 74, your world will turn upside down when you are suddenly rushed to the hospital because of heart attack or a stroke. How would your family cope? How would it affect your life and family?

It would be very bad to have a heart attack. Everything changes and you could become paralyzed or even die.

The title of the discussion is not true. Heart attacks do have lots of warning signs like pain in the center of your chest, shoulder, neck and arms, nausea etc.
