Almost all media teach me this rule from my childhood. Poeple always say that we should sleep 8 hours everyday, it can help we get a enough rest. Does it true?

yeah 8 hours sleep is plenty for a healthy life and if you sleep to much you waist the day there is no point having too much 8 hours is the advised amount.

Hi, ya its rue. Eight hours is the most healthy hours for us. I tried to sleep nine hours during school holidays and i found out that i feel dizzy whole day and very lazy to do anything. I do it for around three weeks after that i fall sick. Then i go to have body check up and i tell doctor everything. Then she suggest me to set an alarm to wake up earlier and then do some exercise and i really feel better than before. I can feel the changes. So until today i still wake up at 7am or 8am it depends on what time i sleep and do some exercise. Yo can have a try too!!! Happy Myloting!!!

Thanks for your response and your good suggestion! Your experience let me remember my middle school days. Every summer holiday i sleep almost 10 hours, and i feel dizzy too. So, that means that we should have a good habit that do some exercise everyday. Thanks for your suggestion again.

Yes 8 hours is generally accepted as being the necessary hours of sleep a person needs to perform well the next day. A lot of people fail doing so though those people are mostly either hyperactive or as grumpy as can be. ;)

Thanks for your response! In the past 3,4years, i always sleep late and can't sleep for 8 hours. And I still feel good in those days. but recent months, i will feel tired and uncomfortable if i sleep late last night.
