MyPage5- What's Going on?

Is anyone here a member of MyPage5? I spent a great deal of time on this site, and have almost 30 dollars in my account. They started with a payout of 50 dollars, and then announced that they are cutting it to 20 dollars. So I'm thinking, great, I'll get my payout. Now they said in an announcement that they are short on money, that they are paying us out of pocket, and that we will take a "temporary" pay cut when we cash out. What does that mean? Does it mean we won't get the money we earned? I find that very ominous. I am really worried- is all my hard work going to be in vain? I will be really upset if that is the case. I really hope this site isn't going scam, or going out of business and then unable to pay us (which adds up to the same thing) What do you think?

Um Iv never heard of the site but from the looks of things it dosent read to good Iv seen a few post already that looks like this site is not too good, well sorry to read of your earning problem's at this site.

I am a recent member of mypage5 and my earnings are at about $14, I have been reading. what they have been saying about payments and I'm worried too. At first I thought that I would work really hard to try and make my $20 so I could reach payout. Now that they are saying that they want us to share the money with members in other countries, I'm not sure what to do. I have still been going on daily but not working to hard. Just posting a couple of comments on friends profiles. I hate to think that all my hard work is in vain. What are you doing?

I am doing much the same as you are. Just posting a few comments a day, and logging in each day to see what's going on. I am adopting a 'wait and see' attitude. It is quite frustrating though, because I worked so hard, and I could have been investing my time into other things. I can only hope I will be paid, but I will not work hard for them until I see my money, or at the very least part of it.

One of my friend introduce me to this site also but haven't register yet. can you tell me a little bit about it? what does they do there? I have my lot and ciao and I am so busy with this two, make pretty good money as well. could you please tell me what it is about?

Well, it is a site that pays you when you do things on it- you get paid for uploading photos, writing blogs, commenting on blogs, commenting on videos, etc. But now there are issues with the payment, so I'd hold off on joining, or, just join and hld off on being active there until the problems with payment get sorted out. Just adopt a wait and see attitude. If it does pay, it is one of the best sites online to make money, I think. But we will have to see if they do pay the way they said they would.

That's bad new alright! I already have $30 on my mypage5 account but i didn't know that they're on something suspicious. I know it. First off, i couldn't figure why a site would pay us just by writing "nice video" on comments? I think they know too well. They could have been strict about it right? Sure they gave out notice but they don't act on it. Besides, they keep deleting my own videos which aren't copyrighted. Oh well, i guess i should put my hopes on that site too much so i won't get frustrated. I'm just glad i'm still active here on myLot.

I am a member of mypage5. I have $36 in my account right now. the admin would not pay as in whole amount. Maybe they will pay us in half. Mypage5 is really running out of funds.

It would be good if they at least pay us half. As long as I get paid something, that may say that it is still a good site to earn. After all, the site promised to pay us so much, and offered so much money- I mean, 15 cents just to upload a video? It is really a lot to offer, especially when you realize that other social networking sites offer about half a cent or a cent for that. So even if they really cut their pay out rate, I think it would still be worth it.

I did not know about this and I am also a little upset because I was hoping to get my payout soon when the minimum payout changed to $20.00 USD. Now I am thinking of just logging in to the a few blogs and see if anybody will get paid within this month. It is unfair when they have mentioned to share the sum to other people and would like to have this concern forwarded to mypage5.

I know. I think the problem is that the site is just running out of money. The admins mean well but they are having economic problems. I think I'm just going to cut down on my activity there, just post a few things a day, until I know what is going on. I hope to be paid something, even if I take a paycut. Since they promised so much money, even making half of what they promised would still be something.

HOLY CRAP - how did I miss this?? *runs off to mypage 5 homepage* I haven't been on mypage5 as much lately because I've had it crash my computer several times for some unknown reason. I need to go read about this. I don't have anywhere near as much as you do - I only have earned like 15$, but STILL! We spent the time on that site to earn. I will be really upset if they're not paying us what we earned.... grr.

Hehehe, What do you think dear? There are so many social community scam site that at the first give free dollar to register. And we just give our time to spend here. I am member mypage5 too, and did not find any interesting there. Take a long loading time to open the page, so i just left it. Mypage5 is Just like another social community site but they pay for our activity. As you see, its easy to make money in that site, but trouble to make some cashout. From your experience i see it was turn to scam and it is usual. I suggest you to forget and go away from that site.. happy myLotting..
